Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any food items unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note that cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched.
